I’m a divorced parent living in Texas. My divorce papers state that as the custodial parent, I cannot reside in any other state. The judge told me during my hearing that I can get that changed at a later date if I wanted to. That later date has come! My ex husband has no desire to fight it. I’ve done numerous searches online, but I can’t seem to find anything that will tell me what exactly I need to do to get this part of my divorce papers changed. Is there anyone out there who knows? Any help or direction is greatly appreciated!

I have full custody of my 15 year old son. Recently I started allowing him to visit with his father, whom I have been divorced from for over 5 years. I have no knowledge of what activities his father have been involved in nor occurs in his home.
While my son was visiting, cops came to his home in search of him. Upon their search, drug paraphenelia were found. I was notified by a social worker of this incident. She then opened an investigation against me only and not his father.
Is this standard procedure in the state of California?
Please help.
The drug paraphenelia was not my sons. And I already said I don’t know what goes on in my ex’s life. I thought I was doing the right thing by allowing a relationship between them.

We got married in Colorado, ended up in Oklahoma for his job, lived there for 2 years. Left him, want a divorce, there is no contesting, we agree on everything. Can or should I file online? If not, what state do I file in? I have searched the web for an Oklahoma state website for legal forms, and everything I find is wanting money. In colorado they have the forms available for you.
Any advice would be greatly appriciated.
