How can I convince my parents to let me get a lip piercing?

I’m 14 almost 15 and I’ve wanted a lip piercing for about 2 years now. I have thought about this a lot and done a lot of searching for other peoples thoughts on ho wto convince them.
I have talked to my mom and dad before.
My parents are divorced. My dad doesn’t really care and he’ll take me as long as my mom says yes. I’ve talked to my mom and she says I can’t until I’m 18.

I don’t really care what your thoughts are on lip piercings like they look bad or stuff like that. I’m only asking for way to convince them to let me get it done.
